Ashton Pickard, Operations Coordinator, graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2023 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration. She rejoined Calvert Street in 2024 after interning years prior. Ashton has a background in non-profit work, digital advocacy, campaign management, and business development. She has a passion for enhancing team efficiency and finding innovative solutions to everyday challenges.
