    “Pago” (paw-go) is derived from the Castilian Spanish term, “Vino de Pago”, which is a classification for wine applied to individual vineyards or estates.

    Established in 2009 by Owner/Sommelier, Scott Evans, Pago helped pioneer the farm-to-table & natural wine experience in Salt Lake City.
