Jalen Johnson made history as the youngest city commissioner ever elected in Albany, Georgia. With a background in local and federal government affairs, Jalen has held key positions with prominent Republican leaders. He worked as a Staff Assistant to Congressman Rodney Davis, a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Byron Donalds, and as a war room analyst for President Trump's 2020 re-election campaign. Additionally, he previously served as a certified law enforcement officer in Georgia and has been actively involved in Republican politics for several years. Born and raised in Albany, Georgia, Jalen earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Valdosta State University and studied Public Safety Leadership, a Master of Science program, at Mercer University.
