JALEN JOHNSON
Jalen Johnson made history as the youngest city commissioner ever elected in Albany, Georgia. With a background in local and federal government affairs, Jalen has held key positions with prominent Republican leaders. He worked as a Staff Assistant to Congressman Rodney Davis, a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Byron Donalds, and as a war room analyst for President Trump's 2020 re-election campaign. Additionally, he previously served as a certified law enforcement officer in Georgia and has been actively involved in Republican politics for several years. Born and raised in Albany, Georgia, Jalen earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Valdosta State University and studied Public Safety Leadership, a Master of Science program, at Mercer University. His deep commitment to community and dedication to public service continue to drive his work. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends!
