Patrick Lynn has more than twenty years of experience in issue advocacy and strategic communications at the local, state, and federal level. He is a former policy and legislative advisor to Missouri’s last three Democratic governors. Today, Patrick is a strategist for companies, organizations, and ballot initiatives. He assists them in developing engaging campaigns to educate the public and build support for their issues. Born in Texas, Patrick grew up in Harry Truman’s hometown of Independence, and studied history and law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
